It’s hard to believe it’s been almost five years since the always-goofy, ever-fabulous Anna Nicole Smith left this world. From busting on the scene as Playboy‘s 1993 Playmate of the Year to workin’ it in B&W as the Guess girl to her love of rich octogenarians to the hysterical Anna Nicole Show, the baby-voiced blonde didn’t live a dull moment.
Today would have been Anna’s 44th birthday, so take a moment (or several) to celebrate the Bombshell Supreme’s finer moments:

With the exception of his recent dramatic (in our opinion, brilliant) performance in 50/50, we’ve grown accustomed to seeing Joseph Gordon-Levitt participating in happy dance flash mobs and doing round-off back handsprings every chance he gets. In The Dark Knight Rises, JGL plays a hardened Gotham detective hired to catch Batman. While that may seem to be a stretch for this fun-loving hunk, these shots from the set have convinced us he and his furrowed brow are fully prepared for the role. Like we needed to be any more excited for this movie.

Dear readers, we’ve given you nearly two weeks to recover from The Ultimate Cats In Halloween Costumes GIF Wall. The time has come to present America’s other favorite domestic cuddle buddy in equally as hilarious and constraining get-ups. Could it be he’s planning the alltime handsomest run for office? Or is that he’s in love with his new 27-year-old girlfriend, yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas?

35 years ago today, Alexander Johan Hjalmar Skarsgård was born a tiny, blond specimen in Stockholm, Sweden to actor Stellan Skarsgård and his “malm,” My Skarsgård. (Her actual name.) His first breakout role was in Sweden at the age of 13, in a television show called Hunden som log, which loosely translates into The Dog That Smiled. Which, if the title can be believed, is likely the best thing to ever come out of Sweden. OK, second best. Wait! Third. (Ikea.)
After moving to America, he spent the next 7 or so years simultaneously downing Orange Mocha Frappuccinos and doing sit-ups, before biting it big stateside as Eric Northman, a “1000-year-old Viking vampire sheriff” on the HBO show True Blood. He has also recently been inducted into the Ångstrom Håll Of Fåme (not a real place).
Also I shook his hand at Coachella and my hand turned into a slim jim due to his sheer strennnth and hotness.
